Description: Private residence reflecting a contemporary high specification design with significant glazed area and white stone clad exterior. The current floor area is 31,037 square feet and design feature include roof top and in ground swimming pools, cinema, elevators, seven bedrooms, gym, spa, show and staff kitchens with staff quarters and direct beach access.

Role: DHP services include full pre-construction and construction contract and cost management and the project was bid to five large local general contractors with the lowest responsive bid being 0.5% under the approved project budget.
