Description: New college facility for new Small Island Sustainability curriculum. Overall campus area is +/-20,000 square feet of teaching, lab and library facilities. The building includes alternate energy solution and sustainable design features and aim to achieve the first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certified Building in The Bahamas.

Role: Full pre construction and construction quantity surveying and commercial management Sustainable LEED building rating consultancy services.
